CLUB NEWS  First international forum "Russia - country of sports"Due to Russian Federation President decree from 10.11.2009, since July 29 till Augest 1 2010 there was started First international forum "Russia - country of sports" in Moscow. In Luzhniki stadium are placed 50 different sport oriented stages, including matrial art stage. Summer work 2010 in club: Club masseur On the regular ARSO "Hapkido Federation" constitutor meeting in may 2010 among all subjects, there was training result increasing question to discus as well as physical health improvement. By a majority the decision was accepted to propose Bedrin Igor Nikolaevich for the BAEKDU club masseur post.   More about past and future seminars. Korean martial art studies are held in school for 6 days a week in 2 courses: Classic Hapkido - classic program is from the beggining till the black belts, consist of , weapon technique and without weapon: - Movements in hapkido - Defence actions - Applied acrobatics and selfsecure - Hands and legs strike techniques - Clinch releasing - Joints pain impacts - inertia and corps throws with pain impacts - Pain spots (acupuncture) impacts - Convoy methods - defence against weapon - weapon technique (tanbon(short stick), pole, knife, cane, belt, nunchaku). - Tactics and techniques against several opponents actions. Hapkido Combat Tactics, consist of : - Defence actions against knife, there pain clinch and twisting are being made roughly, with the aim to break the joint. Throws are short and fast, as soon as in the battle with one or more opponents, who are able to use knife, it is impossible to "stuck" and hesitate with doing defence actions. - Offensive action are made for using it in humane manner, avoiding any serious injuries for opponent. The accent is on slight finiteness cuttings, without any pierce striks, getting into the body. Mortal strikes and knife throwing technique are not in study program, as soon as its using are in military sphere only, and also with the aim do not allow to use this deadly skills in abusing sphere.
